How's My Job Fit?
Compares a candidate's own evidence with a job's requirements and shows what is fully supported, transferable, partial, or not shown at all. Files never leave the browser.
What I built
- Parses resumes and notes in the browser: PDF through pdf.js, Word through mammoth, images through Tesseract OCR. Nothing is uploaded or stored
- Scores fit with a deterministic weighted model: requirements ranked by importance, eligibility checks kept separate from skills, and transferable evidence given partial credit with the reasoning shown
- Ships six fictional example reports across industries plus public methodology and limitations pages. A reader can judge the method before trusting a score
